Jordyn Sacks is an association manager, while also providing assistance to her fellow NCM managers. She specializes in strong communications, compliance, and day-to-day community operations. She plays a vital role in supporting managers while also ensuring the associations she manages are running smoothly.

Irene Crane joined NCM in October 2023 after relocating to the Sacramento region from the East Bay area. She has over 15 years of HOA management experience and is a certified CACM manager who enjoys working collaboratively with her board members to meet their goals while providing strong guidance and a commitment to follow through. Irene has managed a wide variety of properties including condominiums, master- planned communities and new developments in the Sacramento and Bay Area regions.

Rick Gurkin is a property and association manager with over 25 years of experience. He manages both new construction developments and existing associations with a strong emphasis on communication with board members and association members. Rick plays a vital role in coordinating ongoing maintenance and community enhancement projects.

Jason Garcia is association manager with a strong background in property inspections, insurance adjusting and project management. Prior to joining NCM, Jason worked in the insurance and appraisal field and ran a small business for over 18 years giving him valuable experience in operations, client services and accountability.

Laura Griffin is a community association manager bringing over 18 years of experience in real estate and community management. With a background as a top producing Realtor, Laura understands the importance of clear communications, logical decision making and the value of strong organizational systems which support well-run associations and communities.

Demetri Romas is a senior project manager with Network Community Management. He brings more than 20 years of refined management and financial experience in the real estate development industry to work for the benefit of NCM’s association clients. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Davis.

Janelle Sacks is the Controller for Network Community Management and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Accounting Department in both the Association and Commercial Management divisions. She is a graduate of Chico State University with more than 30 years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining NCM, Janelle spent more than 10 years working for an HOA and Commercial Property Management firm.

Tamara Camara is a Certified Community Manager with over 18 years of property management experience. She specializes in both portfolio management and on-site community operations. Tamara plays a vital role in supporting community associations ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering strong relationships with board members, homeowners and vendors.

Shaun McClain is a Certified Community Manager and has spent over 22 years in the association and multi-family management industry; specializing in high-end luxury properties and new construction developments. Shaun takes great pride in the preservation and support of the communities he manages, working closely with board members, residents and vendors.
